ABSTRACT :

This article examines the ethical responsibility of media and public health institutions in the dissemination of medical information. We look at the transition from the nutritional recommendations of 1977 to the new directives of 2025, as well as the discrepancies between the initial pandemic communication and the clinical data accumulated to date. The study highlights the need for radical transparency in order to counter the decline in public trust. Keywords: ethics, medical media, public health.
