ABSTRACT :
Industrial work frequently involves repetitive movement, static postures, forceful exertions, vibration, and heat—factors that elevate ergonomic load. Emerging evidence suggests these biomechanical exposures precipitate reactive oxygen species (ROS) generation, oxidative stress, and downstream biochemical fatigue, potentially mediating the pathway to musculoskeletal disorders and performance decline.
