ABSTRACT :

Long COVID has emerged as a multifaceted syndrome affecting patients worldwide, with nutritional health identified as a critical component of recovery. This comprehensive research review examines the role of nutritional education in managing and mitigating long COVID symptoms. Emphasizing gut health, anti-inflammatory nutrients, and micronutrient balance, the review synthesizes findings from major health organizations such as the World Health Organization (WHO) and the
Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), along with studies conducted by leading medical institutions. Detailed dietary recommendations and transition plans are provided for different recovery stages, with focus on actionable steps for healthcare providers and patients. The
aim is to bridge the gap between current clinical practice and emerging nutritional strategies to enhance symptom management, reduce chronic inflammation, and improve overall patient outcomes.
