ABSTRACT :
Chess lies at the intersection of three vast domains— science, sport, and art—making its classification and understanding inherently complex. A chess game can be divided into three phases: the opening, the middlegame, and the endgame, each characterized by distinct features and requiring specific approaches. Chess may be regarded as a science due to the immense volume of information that must be discovered and assimilated in order to transform the initial, relatively neutral position into a dominant one in which resources are used efficiently. Keywords: brain, chess, emotional control.
