ABSTRACT :

Minimal traumatic brain injury (mi-TBI) caused by chronic exposure to whole-body vibration (WBV) remains difficult to identify due to the absence of clear clinical or imaging findings. This paper explores integrative and practical research approaches that complement the molecular biomarker studies of oxidative stress. Emphasis is placed on clinical observation, neurocognitive testing, ergonomic and exposure assessments, and simple physiological monitoring as feasible field tools. By correlating biochemical evidence with functional and occupational data, these methods enhance early detection, prevention, and the translational application of research in occupational health.
