ABSTRACT :
Hepatitis, an inflammatory liver disease with viral, toxic or autoimmune etiology, involves a series of systemic complications that can affect the quality of life of patients. In the context of modern therapeutic approaches, physiotherapy is gaining an increasingly important role in supporting the recovery process and maintaining optimal liver function. The present study analyses the implications of applying physiotherapy techniques in the management of hepatitis, highlighting the benefits brought by the improvement of physical capacity, general metabolism and mental state. Also, current recommendations regarding personalized physical exercises, adapted to the stage of the disease and the particularities of each patient, are discussed. The results support the integration of physiotherapy as a complementary part of the multidisciplinary treatment in hepatitis, contributing to increasing the efficiency of medical.
