ON THE BIOMEDICAL RELEVANCE OF POLYFLORAL HONEY SAMPLES

Honey production is highly dependent on the health and diversity of nectar sources available to bees, and sustainable agricultural practices can positively influence this production and how additive-enriched honey has therapeutic actions. We are describing here some biomedical aspects on some local polyfloral honey samples, while also discussing some relevant aspects from the international literature.
